We are proud to once again bring you OLDE CELTIC STOUT. St. Augustine Celtic Music & Heritage Festival and Ancient City Brewing have partnered to bring you their delicious Olde Celtic Stout! This original recipe was brewed in the style of a traditional Irish stout. It has a strong, dark pour and aromatics which include chocolate, cocoa and a slight maltiness. The complexities in this lower abv ale range from silky notes of coffee and chocolate paired with a slight bitterness and followed with a nice dry finish.

BUNRATTY MEADE was a huge hit when we introduced it in 2024, and we are proud to bring it back to our Festival. This enchanting honey drink featured at the world-famous Bunratty Castle banquets in County Clare, Ireland. BUNRATTY MEADE can be found at all festival beverage service stations.
